Monthly Roundup & Look Ahead

Monthly Roundup: June

Taking a quick look at the numbers for June. . .

  • Books bought – 1
  • Books downloaded – 15
  • ARCs received for review (physical) – 0
  • ARCs received for review (digital) – 11
  • Books read – 13
  • Average rating: 3.75

Last month’s reviews included:

I always find what reviews are best received across different mediums to be fascinating, as it points to different audience segments being engaged. A good mix this week, but Eden Redd came out on top:

Features and guests this month included a guestpost from Gail Z. Martin, a spotlight post with B C Locke, a tour blitz with Mary Eicher, a Feisty Heroines book tour, and an A-Z of Horror press release.

Look Ahead: July

I always hesitate to look too far ahead, since my reading is dictated as much by my whims and desires of the moment as by release dates. Case in point, I only managed to read half of last month’s anticipated reads.

Reviews I’m (reasonably) confident you can expect to see this month include:

As for features and guests, July has schedules tour stops for Facets of the Nether (Dissolution Cycle Book 2) by William C. Tracy, Power Inversion by Sara Codair, The Stark Divide by J. Scott Coatsworth, and Nightmare Asylum and other Deadly Delights by Sonia Kilvington, and Striking Balance by Jeanne G’Fellers.
